Check ticket printing computer (iMac 21.5" Late 2013). USB mouse not recognized. Test all 4 USB ports and confirmed only 1 USB port is operational. The remaining 3 USB ports have gone bad as they do not detect USB Devices. EMI to purchase an USB-A HUB to expand USB connection on the 1 working USB Port.
