Unable to reach Level 10 for check in and check out. Left voicemails for Level 10. Proceeded and worked with Danny at Ross Helpdesk and was approved to install the new Pin Pad on Register 3. Old Pin Pad S/N: 284-117-834) and New Pin Pad S/N: 284-097-196). New Pin Pad is operational, I was released from site by Danny. Proceeded to drop the old Pin Pad at the local FedEx and shipped the part back using the provided return label (7174 0396 4695). Local FedEx does not provide proof of receipt. Upload all required deliverables to Level 10 portal.
