Arrived onsite and called Level 10, unable to reach a Level 10 rep but left messages. Contact Ross Helpdesk and worked with Danny. Replace Pin Pad but new pin pad still throws an error on the POS when debit card is run. Danny advised he pushed the config files again to the pin pad. Tested after this but issue still persists. Danny cleared me to pack up and leave Ross site. Danny advised this issue will be escalated to the application team to troubleshoot. Proceeded to pack up old pin pad and brought to FedEx to ship back to Level 10 using the return label provided with tracking number: 717403969940.
