Troubleshoot Dell Laptop. Customer reported unable to boot. Boot up Dell Laptop successfully but noticed laptop was stuck in a failed firmware update restart loop due to the internal battery charge being low. Exit out of upgrade restart loop and login to Windows successfully. Perform several shutdown and reboot of the Dell Laptop successfully. Run a full Dell Hardware Diagnostic test and confirmed all hardware components passed with no issues.
