Replace Pin Pad on Register 7. Worked with Danny from Ross Helpdesk. XLATE error still present. Reboot POS and allow Pin Pad to redownload files with Danny. Perform test after redownload and XLATE error still occurs. Per Danny, he will escalate to Ross Application Team. Danny cleared me to leave site. I was able to take the old Pin Pad to FedEx to ship back to Level 10 and uploaded all deliverables to the portal
