Leiana reported her Outlook on her Macbook Pro still not syncing since Friday when Hosted Exchange outage was experienced. Leiana advised Outlook was closed and reopened several times. Check Macbook and noted that Outlook was not fully closed and reopened. Clicking on the "X" on Macbook does not fully close the program. Show Leiana how to right click and quit to fully close the program. Reopen Outlook and confirmed Exchange shows connected and emails are syncing.
