Check GMPSRV and noted 100% CPU and RAM usage. Contact Lynn and had all GMP staff logout of CSI and CyberQuery. Proceed to restart GMPSRV. Log back in after reboot and confirmed GMPSRV is now running normally. Check and confirm Rick's LogMeIn client shows ready and connected. Contact GMP to have all staff log back in to CSI and CyberQuery. Sent a separate email to Rick Frank to advise him to try his remote login.
