Work with Joleen remotely to troubleshoot no internet issue. GTA Internet and IT&E Internet are bonded on the SonicWALL meaning both are active simultaneously. Issue may be the SonicWALL. Per photo of the SonicWALL Joleen sent, X0 (LAN) port showed no activity. Joleen resecured X0 network cable and X0 shows activity. Reboot SonicWALL and confirmed internet is back up. Issue due to X0 network cable being knocked out or not seated securely. Per Joleen, CCTV workers were working in the network switch area and may have knocked the cable. Login to MDASRV after internet restored to check. Confirmed no issue on server, Confirmed emails are operational.
