Setup Lisas new workstation. Copy user profile data on old workstation and transfer to new workstation. Activate MS Office 365, Setup email in Outlook, Install network printers, install adobe. Proceed to install PC Law on Terry new workstation. PC LAw geninfo32 error again. DSI to work with PC Law Support on Tuesday morning.

Add 2 new Lenovo workstations to BCLDM. Install Debmaster. Install PC Law client. PC Law client install throws error that GEN32.dll file not accessible or in use. Had all uers log out of PC Law and re-attempt install. Same error on both workstations. Restart APPSRV and same issue occurs. Sent an email to Amber at PC Law to request for resolution steps or technical support. |

Attempt to install PC Law 25 on new workstations using 3 KB articles provided by PC Law Support. Installation went through and database accessible. However, several pop ups and errors are thrown. Proceed to re-register OLE components per KB article. error also thrown. Advised Lisa that DSI will work with PC Law support on Live chat Tuesday morning to resolve. |
