Summary of Tasks

Harvest lost access to 3CX admin page when version 20 upgrade was performed. Harvest also does not have access to system owner account. Check and noted only backup image was from March 2025. Manually take 3CX backup via command line. Parse through XML file in backup zip file and confirmed system owner is set to extension 100. However, email address used for extension 100 is not unique. Work with Titus to create a new, unique email. Modify XML file to use 3cx.system@hbcguam.net for extension 100. Save XML file and proceed to manually restore 3CX using command line. 3CX phone system came back up. Attempt password reset for extension 100 successfully. Login using extension 100 successfully. Proceeded to work with Titus to set additional extensions as system owners, schedule daily backup, and test call flow successfully. 3CX phone system is back up and admin console is accessible.
