Arrived onsite and obtain Base Access Pass from Visitors Center. Worked with Comcast Support (Mark) and noted the box the new cradle point came in was already open and no equipment or SIM card inside the Box. Equipment was connected before we arrived onsite. Upon further inspection, whoever installed the new cradle point broke the SIM card and pushed it into the SIM slot to a point were we cannot pull it back out. Per comcast, they will be sending a new equipment with new sim cards and this service will need to have a return trip.
