- Troubleshooted receptionist workstation.
- Performed SSD trimming. System file check, found corrupted files and fixed it, restarted the workstation.
- Observed over 90% RAM usage from 4GB. Current RAM capacity not optimal for Windows 11. Observed system pulling from page file, resulting in storage drive usage spikes.
- Advised Lisa to upgrade the RAM to 8GB, to get another stick of RAM.
- Set up 4 new external HDD for weekly backup. Created necessary folder structures for the auto-backup software to work.
- Returned 2 old external HDD to Lisa, advised her on how and when to rotate backups.
