Extension 315 at One Stop Center unable to hear audio on external calls. Internal calls work fine. This is a firewall issue at One Stop Center. Enable extension 315 "PBX Delivers Audio" Setting and perform test calls. External call audio now functioning. Advised Kyle that ultimate fix would be to perform proper port forwarding on One Stop Center's firewall.
