1. Ask to connect the tablet thru WIFI with internet connection for initial remote access or internet via data cable. Instruction has been provided also. Waiting for the customer response.

3. The customer has no capabilities to connect the device to internet. Advised them to bring the unit here for testing 11/3/21.
4. Informed customer on how much is our standard support per hour. They might consider us to pick their unit and deliver once fixed. 11/5/21
