1 Work with Site5 support to troubleshoot dns records and mx records. Jbmt emails not flowing to exchange server. Per Sahana at support, she has updated dns and mx records for jbmt. She advise it will take 4 to 6 hours to propagate. Will send test emails in 4 to 6 hours. Advised nel if issue still is present after 4 to 6 hours, jbmt should move their domain hosting from site5 to godaddy or namecheap. Kevin Hsueh
