Connected and confirmed all network attached to network. Worked with Ten Four NOC who noted Kronos was not showing an IP address. Corrected pre-installed cabling inside rack. Confirmed all attached equipment is now connected correctly with Simon at Ten Four. Worked with Grace to run and complete testing of all equipment. Noted and advised by Simon to have MOD work with PVH Help Desk assist with Kronos. Worked with Jeremy to confirm installation checklist and deliverables. Jeremy confirmed issue with Kronos has nothing to do with network cabling. Released from site by Jeremy. |
