Swapped two workstations and setup another monitor for Teddy. Informed Nel to purchase an HDMI cable to connect the other monitor on the workstation. Copied over Teddy’s files using external Hard drive, setup email and network printer. Verified mapped drives and scan to email function. Also, confirmed with Teddy the issues he was having on the old workstation are resolved in the new workstation. (error opening PDF and excel file). Copied Deo/Romy’s user profile data to an external HDD (per Nel). Checked the PSU issue with the server, reconnected the power cord and reseated the PSU. The PSU is still blinking Amber light but the PSU error in the LED screen went away. Assisted Teddy and Nel pick which Microsoft Project software to buy and install. |
