1	Backed up Denali company databases in Microsoft SQL Server Studio Management. Installed NET Framework 4.6. Noted that 4.6.2 will not install on current MGC server and will cause issues for future upgrades. Upgraded Denali to version 8.2. Noted unable to open Denali 8.2 client on server but Denali 8.2 server components working okay. Blocked RDP access from all external IP addresses except DSI for GSY and MGC servers. Reinstalled CutePDF Writer for Violy as it was causing issues with all her printers. Confirmed all printers fully operational after reinstall.
