1 Uninstall 3CX App on KHLG Terminal Promethean Panel. reinstall 3CX App and register extension 299. 3CX App still unable to connect to Jabra speaker/mic properly. check Windows privacy setting and noted access is granted for 3CX App to use the mic. Windows Mic active icon also present when 3CX App is in use but no auido is picked up. Need to start ticket with 3CX Support. Kevin Hsueh
