MGC: Troubleshoot Agat access to Denali. Agat staff forgot their password to login to Agat terminal PC. Reset password and provide new password. Test login successfully:
GSY: Setup Catrina's profile on workstation. Troubleshoot Jesse's workstation, IP Phone is down. Move network cable to connect directly to pc. IP Phone needs to be replaced. Troubleshoot Herman's workstation issue, Unable to click or drag icons. Issue is his mouse left click button. Herman to procure a new mouse. Setup HP LaserJet Printer on second floor on Mr. Pothen's laptop. Test print successfully.
