I called Leonard and left a message about it and asked to be called back. Derek I called Leonard Campos again to see when an elictrician will come by to quote us for ballast replacement for the cieling lights. I left him a message to call back. ITI power savers no longer carries the ballast. Derek 02/06/2007 Peter San Nicolas said a technician will show up at 9am to make an estimate for ballast replacement. He did not show. Peter callled in the afternoon to apologize and said he will send him down asap. Willy showed up at 4:30pm to make an assesment. I showed him which lights were out and needed ballast replacement. I also showed roof leaks per Jessica. He told me he was going to the roof to access the cieling. After that, I did not see him again. Derek 02/07/2007 I asked Jessica and Rose if Willy ever came back to talk about the assessment. They both did not see him come back. I called Peter San Nicolas to find out if he heard anything from Willy. He was on the other line so I left a message. Derek 02/15/2007 I finally got a hold of Peter and he told me that Willy didn't see that the problem was in the ballast. I told him what happened and I said this is the first I heard anything about it. Peter apoligized and I explained further on the lighting situation and the leaks. Peter said he will be down on the next heavy rainfall to check for leaks and he will send Willy down here at 3pm.
