1 Recently upgraded to one copy of Acad R14. The company has more than one CAD systems. Need follow-up on Autodesk license agreement. - Kent 5/23/97 Faxed training survey. Returned 5/30/97--6 interested - Angelina 6/25/97 Spoke to Jay Sevilla. They are still interested but he will have to call me back when his boss arrives from off-island on Friday to confirm the number of people who will be attending. - Angelina 7/24/97; 7/28/97 Left message for Jay - Angelina 8/8/97 Kent is awaiting Jay's call re: whether they will be attending at a cost of $900 each - Angelina 04/08/99 FYI: Last week I installed the NOVELL SERVER and set up user accounts and folders. 2 or 3 of the computers are having problems, failing harddrives, oldversions of WIN95, no more drive space, etc.. I informed Marlon, the chosen Administrator, to either correct the problem or bring the computers to DSI and we would take care of them. Once this has been done we can then install NWClient on them and connect them to the network. I also told him to report to us any other problems that might arise. As of 08/07/99, we have received no complaints or request. Stacy L. Adams 04/30/99 ** I called Rene at 11:30 today to explain the situation with his computer. I told him it may be the computers power supply or their buildings power source. He did not believe it to be the buildings power source. I told him it should be checked to make certain. I suggested to him that we can take a power supply to their office and change it there, since the problems is at their site not at DSI's office. He would like to test.change to be done ASAP.
