Derek December 04, 2006 at 11:37am I called Jessie Rosario about Suretrack Certificates and left a third message to call me back. He told me before Thanksgiving he would e-mail me a jpg so Kent can see what they look like. I called back after lunch and spoke to Joan. She said to go ahead and e-mail her the names and she will respond back so I sent them to her. *****Derek****** 12/05/2006 4:24pm I called again to check on the progress with the Suretrack certificates. Both Jesse and Joann were away so I left a message with Sandy. *****Derek****** 12/06/2006 9:30am I talked to Joann (about Suretrack) and she said the e-mail with the samples I requested were sent twice and they bounced back saying my e-mail was full. I told her that I have no trouble recieving from everyone else. I told her to try and CC a copy to Michelle. I called back again and she said it still came back. I gave her my Hotmail address and asked her to send it there to see if it's a problem on thier end. I called back at 11am because I didn't recieve an e-mail on either accounts. She said she would fax it in. I recieved the fax and showed it to Kent. He said he wanted to see it in color so I called back to try and get it sent to his e-mail. I frowarded it to Kent and told Joan that we will contact her later. Awaiting next action from Kent. *****Derek***** 01/22/2007 11:39pm According to Jesse, he said someone from his company delivered the SureTrack certificates to us on December 29, 2006. I told him we never received it so he offered to print more. I told him to go ahead and print out another batch and I will pick it up when it's ready. He said it should be 1 hour from now.
