I told Priscilla that it is our policy to have some kind of insured, certified, or some kind of paper work on the items we mail and it is not possible that we did otherwise. I also asked why did we get billed in January if the item was shipped in October. I explained that they must have had some kind of paper work on this monitor to have billed us. FG
