Work Requested: Per customer: There seems to be something wrong with the laptop battery or something connected with the charging system. When I plug it in to charge, sometimes it will not charge. Other times I get an error message saying that I have the wrong type of charger connected. It is the same charger that came with the laptop. I tried a different charger and that did not resolve the problem. The technicians here tested the charger, and said it seemed to be working fine. Also would like him to check the USB ports as sometimes my computer will indicate that a USB drive has disconnected and reconnected, repeatedly, even though I haven't touched it. |
