1 5/28/97 - Talked with Mel regarding phone lines. Gave her the history of the lines & why they are as they are. Here is what needs to be done. The currently have (8) phone lines. Two of them (5023 & 5026) are voice lines. 3783 is their fax line. They then have 5 modem lines. 5018, 5033, 5030 go through the PBX. 4188 & 5115 are direct lines that run direct to the Luis Viutton office. After our discussion, she is currently in discussion with GTA to remove 5018 & 5033 from the rotary. Once that is complete, we need to take lines 5018, & 5033 and bypass the PBX in the closet. Once complete, we need to reprogram the PBX to expect only 3 voice lines for BlueBell. This should be a quick summary of our conversation. If you have any questions, ask ray. She said she would call to schedule us when GTA has completed their tasks.
