2 Ran Windows Update and located exact cause of restarting issue. 1 Windows Update causing issues for Windows 7 32 bit PCs. Blocked patch and confirmed issue no longer occurring. Create another system image to external HDD of system. No other issues noted. Jordan Gimmen
