1	Backup Allan's laptop to new external USB HDD. Install Office 2016 Home/Business. Resync Exchange. Problem continue to persist on having Proxy Certificate errors messages. Downgrade to Office 2013 to test (Outlook 2007 maximum mailbox size is 20GB and Outlook 2013 and above is 50GB). Problem still persist of not able to connect to Exchange server to send/receive. Registry corruption detected and had to manually remove some Outlook registry entries. Found out that AVG Email services was interfering with Outlook. Recommend to Allan to either purchase a new laptop and migrate the data over or to reprep the laptop when he arrives Guam in Mid-December. Allan opts to purchase a new laptop.
