| 1 | Tried to install new Haulotte software on existing service laptop. It does not meet software requirment of Windows 7/10 64bit. Old laptop running Win 7 32bit. Install Haulotte program to a new win10 64bit laptop and unable to connect to boom machine. There maybe a requirement to enter license info to activate. Julius will contact support. Uninstall Serdia 2010 and reinstall Serdia 2000 per Deutz. Morrico does not have license and diagnostic box for 2010. Trial version expired and does not work anymore. Morrico will contact Deutz |
