Troubleshoot CNH software connection to DPA5 adapter. CNH unable to connect to DPA5 adapter. Follow CNH KA00578811 to update firmware and reinstall DPA5 adapter. Test with 2 different USB cables and Communucation issue between CNH software and DPA5 still present. CNH support to be contacted.
