John Ken unable to access Ops share drive. Restore access to Ops share drive and confirmed John Ken can access. Setup JKen@ambyth.com email account on John Ken's outlook client. Troubleshoot "2021 OPS PO LOG OUT SHEET" with AJ Barcinas. File constantly in Read Only mode. Save file to a new Excel workbook file and Read Only mode is still present. Advised AJ Barcinas that the file appears to have been corrupted. Suggested to AJ Barcinas to recreate the Excel workbook with the read only issue on a new Excel workbook. Confirmed with Ariel Dumapit that his access to the Ops share drive is up and drive can be accessed.
