| 1 | Laptop 1 – Laptop 1 was not showing out any display even trying out sorts of troubleshooting, so we proceeded to take the screen and keyboard of laptop 1 and installed to laptop 2. Laptop 2 – Screen and Keyboard from laptop 1 was installed successfully. Now we just need the EBS account ID to assign the user number. Laptop 3 – Touchpad is now functioning fine with no issues. The issue was due to the touch screen sensor not functioning right, so we had to disable it to allow the touchpad to work smoothly. |
