Mitch workstation C: Drive is full. Located old employee (Jean) profile is taking up the space. Copy Documents and Pictures folder from Jean's profile to a USB hard drive. Freed up 10GB of disk space. Advised Mitch that Jean's OST file is about 60GB and this file is taking up the space. Mitch to work with Torgun to clean up Jean's mailbox. Jean's mailbox cannot be deleted as Mitch still accesses the mailbox for critical emails from vendors.
