Ambyth reported no external emails being received. Check email host and confirmed last external email received was on 2/13 at 4:00pm. Check ambyth.com DNS and MX Record and noted records resolve to mail.b-io.co (correct resolution is to: east.smtp.mx.exch070.serverdata.net). Contact Ron at Ninth Design and confirmed no DNS or MX records were changed. Upon further investigation, DSI found out that ambyth.com domain registration expired and was not renewed. DSI and Ninth Design have no access to Ambyth's domain name registrar on Network Solutions. Gail obtained the Network Solutions access. Assist to renew ambyth.com on Network Solutions 9 year option. Confirmed external emails are now starting to flow properly after domain registrar renewal. DNS propagation still in progress and can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.
