Summary of Tasks

Troubleshoot Mr. Miller's Outlook issue. His outlook is showing Exchange is not supported. Found that Mr. Miller's Outlook (on Mac Computer) updated to use Mac new version of outlook which does not support exchange. Revert back to the original outlook version and exchange is operational. Troubleshoot Saipan network. Worked with Benjie to trace cables and server hardware. Found 1 additional server that is in use that was not reported to DSI. This server is the AMBYTHSAIPAN DC running Windows Server 2003. DSI to configure this server to work with the SonicWALL in Saipan office.
