Remote Support with Fanny. Noted her access to Swire web portal is slow and/or not loading. Check a known good working workstation that has no issues with Swire access. Noted no differences. Proceed to clear browser cache settings on Fanny's workstation. Test access Swire web portal with Fanny successfully with no slowness encountered. Slowness issue due to a previous setting that was saved in the browser cache.
