Checked on Michael's Laptop (was said cannot see network drives). Confirmed was logged in to local account. Logged into Michael's domain account and confirmed network drives are visible. Checked Melet's Microsoft 365 Windows popup notification. Confirmed it only pops up when attempting to connect to the network during boot up. Attempted to troubleshoot Outlook issues for Lam (search function not working and cannot add signature) but was unsuccessful. Confirmed Microsoft office needed to be reinstalled. DSI to return next service to install Microsoft office.
