Restart QuickBooks Database Server Manager for multi user issue. Advised Cookie of completion and to test the multi user access. Check 3CX PRI Gateway and noted GTA PRI Circuit was not syncing up. Restarted PRI Gateway and GTA PRI Circuit is now syncing up. Perform test inbound call to JMC Equipment successfully. GTA PRI Circuit possibly dropped last night.
