Per logs, it shows establishing connection timed out. Notices Jamie's internet speed is extremely slow and remote support session constantly disconnects and reconnects. Check network and noted Jamie is connected to a WiFi SSID Named "MINA". This is her hotspot. Check TRMA WiFi and noted that no internet is available. Jamie to contact Saipan Docomo.
