Check laptop and noted laptop does not power on when not connected to power adapter. Connect power adapter and laptop powers on. Noted battery at 0%. Check logs and noted laptop was on battery power for about 60 hours before being fully discharged. Let the laptop battery fully charge to 100% and test power on laptop using battery power successfully. Battery holds charge. Issue was laptop battery was fully discharged and not recharged.
