Mr. Pothen reported that Agat Canon MFP was not scanning to email. Access printer Web Interface remotely. Confirmed SMTP Settings are correctly set to, Server: 192.168.1.2 and address: Canon@guamshipyard.net. No settings have changed. Confirmed printer can only print and copy documents. Worked with Mr. Pothen to power cycle Canon printer and perform a test scan to email. test scan failed with error code 801. time out error. Contact IBSS and was advised IBSS will dispatch a technician to site tomorrow morning.
