Mr. Webber reported no outside emails being received. Noted C: Drive where Exchange database is stored was full. delete old user profile data, log files, and temp files created by Windows. Free up 20 GB of space. Restarted Exchange IS service. Test send and receive emails successfully. DSI will work with MDA on a list of old employee profiles that are no longer needed to be deleted to free up more space on the server.
