Check Alpha Insurers 3CX Phone System activation issues. Unable to reach activate.3cx.com. Check Host Server DNS settings and confirmed 8.8.8.8 is used. Flush DNS Cache on Host Server, Still unable to activate 3CX. check firewall and confirmed no rule in place to block traffic to activate.3cx.com. As a test, turned off all security services and content filtering on firewall and test activation. Still unable to activate. Alpha Insurers to contact PDS (Internet Provider) to see if their service is blocking the access to activate.3cx.com. Alpha Insurers will also try to activate using a basic router to confirm no settings on their firewall is causing the failed activation.
