WiFi Server down. Check server and noted second NIC (LAN NIC) was not showing in network connections. Only first NIC (WAN NIC) showing. Reboot server to last known good configuration, issue persists. Uninstall and reinstall NIC driver, issue persists. Brought server back to DSI and restore from daily backup image, issue persists. perform second restore from earliest available daily backup image, issue persists. Proceed to clean install Windows Server 2012 R2 on server and issue still persists. Confirming, second NIC issue is due to a hardware failure.
