Guy advised she wanted a laptop to use QuickBooks at home. Consulted Kevin and was advised that the service will be Tuesday (01/16) 3:00 PM. Start setting up Guy's and Lea's new laptops. Installed PDF-Xchange and Microsoft Office. Will continue setup of Microsoft Office for Guy after lunch due to Authenticator app needed. Reset Lea's user profile password and gave it to Guy. Transferred Lea's user data from old laptop to external hard drive then to new laptop. Completed setup for Lea. |
