Jonathan reported 3CX services not starting and call flow is impacted. Access 3CX server using remote access link provided by Premier One. Attempt to restart 3CX services. Error thrown that services unable to start. Check event log and noted services unable to start due to dependency error. Proceed to uninstall 3CX. Proceed to reinstall 3CX and restore backup from 6/26/2025. Reinstall and restoration of 3CX backup successful. Perform test calls successfully. 3CX Phone System is now back up.
