- Swapped the 2nd Reader cables with the old existing reader's cable, 2nd Reader now operates normally. Concluded that 4 of the 8-strand cables seem to be having issues.
- Ran the 8-strand cable that was on the plenum ceiling space of D134A to the internal door frame, installed plastic raceway to hide cables.
- Tone and traced the 2nd Reader for D134A Vehicle Bay Corridor, routed from existing cabinet to AC12, connected and wired it to AC12.
- Used the 4-strand out of the 8-strand cable for the 1st Reader, spliced and connected the 1st Reader, replaced the existing Exit Button.
- Enable In/Out option on the AC12, enabled 2nd Reader. Tested the 2 Readers and Striker, all is functioning OK. Observed rare power stuttering on Reader 2.
- Performed Reboots on the AC12s using Verkada Command to attempt stabilizing the connections.
- 23/24 Doors fully completed. D100A Main Entrance door is the only one left.

- Troubleshooted issues with D131B CSI Decon Vehicle Bay 2nd Reader. Observed power stuttering when enabling In/Out option in Verkada Command in order to enable 2nd Reader, 1st Reader is OK and functions as it should be. Performed various tests to verify function of the AC12. |
