Summary of Tasks

- Swapped the 2nd Reader cables with the old existing reader's cable, 2nd Reader now operates normally. Concluded that 4 of the 8-strand cables seem to be having issues. - Ran the 8-strand cable that was on the plenum ceiling space of D134A to the internal door frame, installed plastic raceway to hide cables. - Tone and traced the 2nd Reader for D134A Vehicle Bay Corridor, routed from existing cabinet to AC12, connected and wired it to AC12. - Used the 4-strand out of the 8-strand cable for the 1st Reader, spliced and connected the 1st Reader, replaced the existing Exit Button. - Enable In/Out option on the AC12, enabled 2nd Reader. Tested the 2 Readers and Striker, all is functioning OK. Observed rare power stuttering on Reader 2. - Performed Reboots on the AC12s using Verkada Command to attempt stabilizing the connections. - 23/24 Doors fully completed. D100A Main Entrance door is the only one left.

1 - Troubleshooted issues with D131B CSI Decon Vehicle Bay 2nd Reader. Observed power stuttering when enabling In/Out option in Verkada Command in order to enable 2nd Reader, 1st Reader is OK and functions as it should be. Performed various tests to verify function of the AC12. Sean Bacani
