Check Quantum tape autoloader. Quantum autoloader status shows no errors and that the device is fine. ASC Server cannot see the tape drives in the autoloader. gather error messages and took screenshots to send to Quantum Support for resolution steps. Check APC 2200 UPS and noted batteries need to be replaced. 4 quantity 12v 9a batteries needed. DSI to provide a quote.
