Lexmark CS421dn already installed and configured (to ip address 10.77.228.16 which was assigned to Lexmark MX826adxe S/N 74659440210TH) prior to tech's arrival onsite. Dave advised to assign ip address 10.77.228.17 to Lexmark MX826adxe S/N 74659440210TH. Confirmed with Dave that both printers have internet connection and is accessible. Conduct training for staff.
