Brought back Truck-1 laptop to DSI to download and install EST 9.3.0.0 update. Reset Robert's old Samsung S6 phone but unable to factory reset as message stating phone is linked to a Samsung Account. Troubleshoot MBE Software with guide from support but still unable to connect to DDDC Server. took screenshots and will email Jack at support. Install Forsight update KB050100008 update on EBS-SQLSRV. Test login with Michelle after update successfully.
